which way to freedom?
let us take a walk.
Hello,
How are you this week? Who is knocking on your door?
You can follow
the path to freedom
outside this door
which you've made yours
to keep you home
through the forest
of sorrows
where your eyes
watered
the damp ground
into which your bare feet
trampled
your thorny thoughts
across the meadows
of joys
basking in the sun
downhill of time
into the opening
of your own heart.

the truth in body and mind. This Space Exists Thanks to You

Before you go
This week’s reflection:
Which door do you still keep closed?
Yours along the path,

Ah beautiful. I sometimes had doors that I pushed just a little open to peek inside...and decided I was not quite ready to enter or let what was inside come out. Sometimes there was wisdom in that careful looking, and sometimes fear. I think it is still the case sometimes. I am better these days at knowing the doors are there, a bit better at deciding which ones to open.
