This feels really good today. I am going through a week that is bringing up very necessary thoughts about the need to prioritize (again) recentermyself, consumed less, think less. When I think about the world pace it just does not make sense. It is absolutely not sustainable. In fact, we are not feeling sustained or supported. I intentionally decided not to do anything several times this week. My mind needed a total shut down. My heart needed to listen to wind and birds. Good enough is absolutely enough when we step back into the role of being human, striving for a human pace. This is the ultimate gift. And honestly, I need nothing else. I am thinking that many feel the same. Thank you Justyna. I love hearing about your experiences. xo

Thank you for this beautiful reflection, Danni! I agree—it does not feel as though we are, in general, truly sustained or supported. As you write, the ever-accelerating and intensifying pace of life nearly disables us from simply living at a human pace—that is, the pace of nature of which we are inseparable parts. I’m glad to hear you were able to intentionally restore this pace for yourself 🤍 And I’m grateful to you for taking the time to read!

Usually I read your writings in the mornings, afternoons... With a fresh eye ~ mind ~ heart...

This time I read it in the evening, because I needed your help to calm down before going to sleep...

And the words knew ;)

“Today, I might have worried—but today I had enough.”

Good enough day

Good enough night

"Trusting the orbit would turn out to be a spiral." Justyna, This essay is just perfect. From beginning to end, with the painting of the deer and snow, the photograph of the little coffee cup with the bird, and of course your words. Just enough--may it be so. When you hold your hands open while praying, meditating, or simply being attentive, the universe will remove just enough which needs to be removed and provide just enough what needs to be provided.

So well said, Marilyn: "the universe will remove just enough which needs to be removed and provide just enough what needs to be provided" ! I'm so grateful for your reflections which never cease to deepen me into my own exploration that I tried my best to describe in the essay 🙏 Thank you for offering your attention to my words, and for your open heart—just enough to receive and share 🤍:)

Dear Justyna, its been a while since i had the right peaceful open mindset to read your posts with the presence they deserve

I have to get to Part 3.. but on the way, a couple of things struck me.-

YOU ! are more than enough.. in your knowledge, practice, and ability to capture this shift in words.. it feels familiar, but its like giving up your "power" (non Personal) to another Guru, Monk.. whatever.. :) You are shifting the focus to Opening the heart space.. and having the courage and trust t delve deep within; I see the shift to 80% Practice, the theory you passed long ago.. now its time to drive through those London streets.. interact and share with the apparent commuters.. experiment.. see what happens.. this will be the best mirror.. if you trust that what needs to be expressed with come through you, not from you.

Nature is your re-charging station, that has th wisdom of the monks in its very roots.. as you do.. its not about pulling up trees.. but sitting at their base.. the energy transfer is automatic, for you are they, and they are you.

You continue to amaze me, Phil, how clearly you see the undercurrents :) Thank you, with my whole heart, for reflecting this back at me. It means a lot, truly. 🙏🤍

Dear Justyna,

Thank you for these questions:

"How are you this week?

What remains in your hands when you let it go?

How might you let this present moment, right now, be enough?"

How am I? I am many ways this week, including well and grateful to be here right now.

What remains in my hands when I let it go? Space? Nothingness? I don't know? I'm letting it go.

I might let this present moment, right now, be enough by answering the question like this.

Thank you for asking and sharing as always!

Love

Myq

Dear Myq, thank you for coming into conversation! :) I am, too, grateful for your visit here and the time you offered to reading. I'm also glad to hear you are well and I hope it extends and expands over the upcoming week :)

How confirming it is to read your piece. As my father used to say so simply, “it’s good enough for who it’s for.” I love how this unfolding of abundance, contentment, equanimity and present moment awareness reveals a more easeful way of being. It is all about “enoughness.” Thank you. 🙏🏼

Thank you, dear Kimberly! And what a great teaching it is from your father :) Also, thank you for offering a phrase I wish I had used in this essay "more easeful way of being" — that's exactly what I had in mind :)

I hope you are well these days! 🤍 And wishing you a beautiful week ahead 🙏
