oh my God... you bring so much wisdom and light here Justyna... I wish I could find the words to express the enthusiasm after reading your essay. You deserve thousands, milions of likes and followers.

as you say... love does not hurt (btw this was also the title of one my humble posts some months ago)

oh and Carl Sagan "pale blue dot" is also one of the most emotive prayers to love the world where we live and love ourselves...

And yes, we are all love, stardust made out of love and aware of life, aware of ourselves. We are love, being aware, admiring its creation. And when we forget, there's always a new moment emerging to be present and recognize what we all are... love.

I feel truly honored to have the opportunity to read your words, you're a bright star shining truth and wisdom in this world.

Forrest, thank you so so much! You're being too kind!

I have just looked up the "Pale blue dot", and I will make sure to familiarise myself more with it :)

I love how you put it: "when we forget, there's always a new moment emerging to be present and recognize what we all are... love." — it's so important to remember this! We always have a chance to turn inward, regardless of how long and far we've gone, with our gaze fixed on the horizon far ahead.

I've also just read your piece "Love Hurts" and resonated with it so much! I find that in those few words there, "Is it good? Is it bad? It is Life.", you've encapsulated pretty much all that can ever be said about anything at all :)

Thank you for being here, reading, and sharing your insights! I am so grateful to have you in this little (but growing!) community.

“We are all made of stardust, connected through the same cosmic origins” which makes war all the more senseless. The greatest love I ever felt in my life was the moment I saw my daughter as a tiny heartbeat on a screen. The chances of her ever existing are astronomical. Just one person dying a thousand years ago and I would not have seen something so magical. My grandads best friend was shot through the head right next to him in WW2, imagine if my grandad had been in his place. No matter how deep in the abyss of darkness I go, the love I have for my daughter is my constant guiding light

“Perhaps, to love yourself, you need to forget all that you are, are not, or wish to be—and focus on the only thing that remains: being a form of love.” ~~Justyna

Wonderful post, Justyna!

Yes, perhaps 🤔.

At my first visit to the Joshua Tree desert 🌵, I spontaneously had the thoughts 💭 :

I let go of my things

I let go of my friendships

I let go of my family

I let go of my body.

To my surprise and delight I was out of body as light 💡.

I was aware of still oneness as pure bliss and deep love ❤️.

Since that day, I do not fear death ☠️.

Because I glimpsed a marvelous love 💕 beyond.

I also think 💭, similar to Walter Russell, that the core of existence is light 💡.

“This universe is alive, aware and constantly interacting with us.

Russell's concept of light as revealed in the Secret Of Light is not merely a physical phenomenon it is a fundamental aspect of existence.

A force that drives the universe's ceaseless motion and connects everything within it.

For Russell light is the essence of Consciousness.

The medium through which we interact with the universe.

And contribute to its endless dance.

In his Universe of one Russell presents a vision of unity and interconnection we are not isolated beings a drift in a vast Cosmos.

We are integral parts of the universe each unique expression of the same fundamental Consciousness that pervades all things.

We are in essence the universe experiencing itself. “

I loved this piece ;)

It made me question - why do I reserve my love for specific people or things? Why not just let it radiate out of me, into everything I encounter? I'd like to rediscover this way of being, starting by realizing love is our natural state of living itself.

Thanks for helping me see things in a new way

Dear Azark,

Thank you for reading and sharing your perspective! :)

I believe many of us fear offering love more openly because when it's not reciprocated, we feel depleted of the energy and trust we've wrapped the act of offering love in. Perhaps it would be helpful to aspire to be more like the sun that radiates onto everything equally and doesn't limit its warmth when someone forgets to appreciate its gifts. It is certainly not an easy endeavour and requires us to first and foremost offer love and care to ourselves, and repeatedly so.

I wish you lots of tenderness and joy on your journey of rediscovery!

Sending hugs,

J
